Paul Richard Basham, 79, passed away May 31,2016.
He was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Church and former Owner & Operator of Basham Tile Co.
Preceded in death by his parents, Kathleen and Loyd Basham Sr.; brother, Joseph Basham and sister, Mary Louise Mattingly.
Paul is survived by his wife of 59 years, Freida M. (Payne) Basham; daughters, Kathy M. Ernst (Steve) and Sandy M. Parker (Rob); sons, Rick K. (Karen), Don W. (Linda) and David S. Basham (Cindy) ; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister, Judy Hardesty; brother, Loyd Basham, Jr.
Funeral mass will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be Thursday at 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
