Peter Pires (64) of Brockton passed away May 26th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center.
He was born in Falmouth son of the late Antone and Dominga (Monteiro) Pires. Peter worked for CVS and was a CDL driver. He was known as a gentleman and also ladies man. Peter loved to watch martial arts movies and to listen to jazz and the oldies. He loved cars and especially spending time wth his children. Pete was also well known to be a forgiving man.
Survivors include 2 daughters Juanita D. and Natasha Pires, 1 son Toby Pires, 1 brother Anthony Pires and also the late David and James Pires, 5 sisters Hilda Rosario, Linda Pires, Cecelia Toomer, Bonita Hovery and Marina Silva also the late Maryjane Miles, many nieces, nephews and grandchildren including Tobias Pires and Yuolada and Charles Hampton who have been a constant support and health in the last 3 years of his life.
A Funeral Service will be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Peters name to the Multiple Sclerosis foundation. The family thanks all his friends for the support of the years and also all the medical staff that have worked with him at his home and in all the medical facilities.
