Larry Clark Burns
August 17, 1946- May 30, 2016

Larry Clark Burns, 69, of Anderson died on May 30, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a brief illness.

He was born on August 17, 1946 in Anderson, IN to Clark and Dorothy (Hodson) Burns.
He was a tool and die maker at Guide Lamp for 33 years and retired in 2000.
He served in the United States National Guard.
He was a member of Bethany Christian Church and the Optimist Club.
He was a tireless handyman, enjoyed playing golf, and loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Heck) Burns of Anderson whom he married on September 30, 1966 in Anderson; 2 children, Christina (Duane) Lutz of Westfield and Jason (Roxanne) Burns of Noblesville; brother, David (Linda) Burns of Anderson; 5 grandchildren, Hana, Ethan, and Isaac Lutz and Ashton and Caleb Burns; and 3 nieces, Heather Burns, Autumn Burns, and Robin Weaver.

He was preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Homer and Thelma Heck.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. A private service and burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
