William J. Blais, 60 years of age, of Seabrook, NH, died peacefully Thursday at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, MA following a courageous battle with cancer.
Bill was born and raised in Methuen, MA, the son of Lionel and Matilda (Dudley) Blais. He was a resident of Seabrook for the past 30 years.
Bill was a test technician for Raytheon in Andover, MA for more than 40 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, watching football with Kathy, and spending time with family and friends at the beach.
He was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Kathleen (Guerin) Blais.
He is survived by his sons: William Blais and his wife Meggan Hodgson of Barrington, NH, Steven and his wife Rhonda Blais of Raymond, NH, Granddaughters: Adalynn, Caroline, and Macie Blais, Siblings: Sharon St. Onge and her husband Don of Methuen, MA, John Blais and his wife Jean-Marie of Plaistow, NH, Linda Hayes and her husband Joe of Seabrook, NH, and Dawn Simmonds and her fiancee Larry Murphy of Tewksbury, MA, Goddaughter: Dianna St. Onge of Honolulu, HI, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be held Thursday, June 2nd from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA.
