HALEY, Rosamond Of Wellesley, May 26, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Wallace F. Haley Jr. for 67 years. Devoted mother of Wallace F. Haley III and his husband Matthew Kelly of Salem, Robin A. Haley of Natick, Douglas S. Haley of Natick, Erik B. Haley and his husband Stuart of Baltimore, MD, and the late Robert H. Haley and his surviving wife Judy of Riverwoods, IL. Loving grandmother of Dana L. Haley of Chicago, IL and Brian G. Haley of Riverwoods, IL. Sister to Deborah (Holt) McIntosh of Glastonbury, CT and the late Richard P. Holt.
She was a graduate of Wheelock College and past president of the Charles River Medical Auxilliary. She was active in charitable endeavors, notably 'Meals on Wheels’, and a tennis and bridge player, lover of antiques and small business owner.
A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, 148 Brook St., Wellesley, Saturday, May 28 at 11:30am followed by a visitation at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) Wellesley from 12:30-1:30pm with a funeral service starting at 1:30pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
