Mahoney, Kerry Basham (Jacobs), 40, of Louisville passed away Wednesday May 25, 2016 at Norton Hosparus Care Center.
Kerry was a member of Lighthouse of Prayer Church.
Kerry is survived by her husband, John Mahoney; eight children, Michael Kurtz, Kyrstyn Kurtz, Cody Basham, Bryce Basham, Ray Basham, Reece Basham, Lexi Basham & Jayden Mahoney; two step-children, Justin Mahoney & Nick Mahoney; parents, Charles & Deborah Jacobs; a sister, Rachel Jacobs; a half sister, Crystal Thomason; a brother, Andrew Jacobs; a grandchild, David Warren; a step-grandchild, Aubrey Mahoney; other family; Mike & Marta Thomason.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday.
