Iterna Joseph age 73 of Brockton, died Tuesday May 17, 2016 at Signature Healthcare/Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was born and raised in Thomazeau, Haiti and came to the United States in 1998. Iterna first settled in Spring Valley, New York and has lived in Brockton since 2004.
Iterna was a homemaker devoted to caring for her family and home and loved to cook and dance. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Iterna was a devout Catholic who loved going to church.
She was the mother of Rodelyne Joseph and Nydia Joseph both of Brockton and Woobenson Joseph and his wife Idamante of Brockton. She was the sister of Waltaire Raymond of Milton, Carole Raymond of Milton, Claudette Francois of Brockton and Renaud Raymond of Haiti. She also leaves many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (rte.123) Brockton on Friday May 27, 2016 from 5-9pm. The procession will gather at the funeral home on Saturday May 28, 2016 at 8am for a funeral Mass in Christ the King Church at 9am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery.
