Ellen Paulk Boydston, 72, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton.
Private family graveside services will be held.
Mrs. Boydston was born October 10, 1943, in Ocilla, Georgia, to the late James Bradford & Una Margaret Carter Paulk. She lived in the community all of her life. Mrs. Boydston was a homemaker who loved to cook, work in her yards, garden and collect dolls. She also loved her cats and dogs. Mrs. Boydston was of the Seventh Day Adventist faith.
She is survived by her children: Jennifer B. Norton & Rick, James Bradford Boydston, Joy Boydston Conner, all of Fitzgerald, Jan B. Blankenship of Cleveland, Tennessee and Jason Boydston of Fitzgerald; eight grandchildren; two sisters: Dorothy P. Paige of Arkansas and Mary P. Barbee of Cleveland, Tennessee and a brother: David Paulk of Georgia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: James Granville Boydston; and two brothers: Richard Paulk and Robert Paulk.
