ETHERIDGE IV, James Joseph, 63, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday May 18, 2016 at Baptist Health Care. Born in Louisville, he was a self employed Painter; a member of the Sunset Masonic #915, the Kosair Shrine Temple, past Commodore of the Kosair Boat Club, he sang the National Anthem at the Kosair Shrine Circus for over 30 years, he was the Keyboard player and singer for the The Norwoods, The Monarchs, Crushed Velvet, Muff, The Fanatics, and the Tymes Band and he was currently a member of Mid Life Crisis. Preceded in death, by his sister, Teresa Etheridge; and a grandson, James Joseph Etheridge VI. He is survived by wife, Donna (Bishop) Etheridge; parents, James and Marolyn Etheridge; his children, Tina Byrd (Andrew), Tamra Etheridge (Ben), and James Joseph Etheridge V (Whitney); ten grandchildren, Taylor, Trenton, Tristen, Travis, Tony, Tobie, Tori, Tatum, Tate, and Tucker.
Funeral Service will be Noon Monday, May 23, 2016, at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will be at St. Louis Cemetery.
