Dr. Oscar H. Greene, Jr., 70, of Londonderry, NH passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Arlington, MA on June 13, 1945, a son of Oscar H. and the late Ruby (Frierson) Greene. Oscar proudly served his country in the US Army. Dr. Greene was the Dentist at Towne Square Dental Associates in Londonderry for many years. He was a member of the NH Dental Society and the Salem Dental Society. He was also a member of the VFW Post #8401 in Bedford, NH. Oscar was an active member of the Orchard Christian Fellowship Church in Londonderry.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Marie E. (Ross) Greene of Londonderry, two sons, Shawn Greene of Manchester, NH and Jeremy Greene of Raleigh, NC, as well as his father Oscar H. Greene Sr. of Somerville, MA.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 4:00pm in the Orchard Christian Fellowship Church, Pillsbury Road in Londonderry. The burial in Pillsbury Cemetery, Hovey Road Londonderry will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Orchard Christian Fellowship Church, PO Box 1163, Londonderry, NH 03053.
