ANDERSON- Sherry (Smith) Aldridge, 77, of Anderson died suddenly May 7, 2016 at Lindberg Crossing.
She was born January 27, 1939 in Terre Haute to Ray and VernaDeen (Wilson) Smith.
She was a house cleaner for several years.
She was a member of Church of God of Prophesy and loved crocheting, music and poetry. She enjoyed playing the piano.
She is survived by her four children, Kim Aldridge of Indianapolis, Terry Aldridge, Debbie Burton and Jason Aldridge; aunt, Celia Thomason; four grandchildren, Mark Cooper, Amber Baxter, Beau Aldridge and Josh Cox; two great granddaughters, Kiarra Baxter and Kaley Baxter; two nieces, Ginger and Vicki.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Aldridge whom she married March 8, 1955; two daughters and her parents.
Memorial service will be May 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Church of God of Prophesy.
