Moultonborough-----Jeffrey Vachon 55, of Charlottes Way, died unexpectedly Thursday, May 12, 2016 at his home.
Jeffrey was born January 23, 1961 in Laconia, NH, son to the late Lynn and Jean (Patty) Ames. He had worked for the last few years for Aero Weld as a tin smith. Jeff enjoyed his work, ice racing, hunting, fishing , flying airplanes and especially riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
Jeff is survived by his two daughters, Whitney Vachon of Laconia and Sydney Vachon of Ithaca, NY; two brothers, his twin, John Vachon of Moultonborough and Michael Vachon of Gilford; a sister, Heather Vachon of Washington, D.C., two step brothers, Will Ames and his wife, Chris of Moultonborough and Gary Ames of Moultonborough, three nieces, Keri, Karyn, Alyssa and one nephew, Adam; an uncle, Mike Maheux, and his wife Bonnie of Gilford; his former wife, and longtime friend, Sheila Vachon of Laconia; his good neighbor and Aunt Peggy Ames as well as several cousins. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his step father, William Ames and step brother, Michael Ames.
Calling Hours will be Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 4:00-6:00pm at the Beane Conference Center, 35 Blueberry Lane, Laconia, NH 03246.
A funeral service will immediately follow also at the Beane Conference Center at 6:00pm.
