Faith (Bolton) Thompson, 86, of Nashua, New Hampshire, formerly of Walpole, and Franklin, died May 13, at the Huntington at Nashua. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Thompson, who died in 2013.
Born in Brockton, October 11, 1929, the daughter of the late Joseph and Hope (Briggs) Bolton, Mrs. Thompson was raised in Duxbury and had lived in Franklin for 50 years before moving to Walpole in 2010.
She was valedictorian of Duxbury High School class of 1947. She also graduated from Framingham State College with a B.S. in Education (Magna Cum Laude) in 1967.
Mrs. Thompson received a Master of Education degree from Framingham State College in 1975, Magna Cum Laude.
Faith was a 4th grade teacher in the Framingham Public Schools from 1967-1993.
She also ran Academy Real Estate, Inc. of Franklin from 1978-2004.
She is survived by her son Brandon E. Thompson and his wife Sharon of Nashua, New Hampshire, her grandchildren, Grant and Ava and great-grandson Alec.

Burial will be in Mayflower Cemetery, Duxbury.
