Joseph William Rowland, "Joey", 47 yrs. old, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10th, 2016, due to a prolonged battle of health issues.
Joey was born on November 8th, 1968 in Ojai, California and was a life long resident of Ventura County. Our beloved Joey will forever be remembered as a hard working, loving father and devoted friend.
Joey is survived by his children Kiara, Joseph and Joshua, his father Bobby, sister Cindy, brothers Victor and Jessie and an unaccountable amount of family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his beautiful grandmother Eva.
