Lloyd D. “Froggy” Nolin Stark, NH
Lloyd D. “Froggy” Nolin, 71, passed away at his home on Friday May 13, 2016. Mr. Nolin was born in Berlin, NH on May 5, 1945 the son of Earl and Lorette (Royer) Nolin and was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from Berlin High School in 1963 and from the NH Technical College in Berlin in 1969. He served in the US Navy from 1963 to 1967. For 35 years he worked for the telephone company, retiring from Verizon in 2004. In 2008 he started Percy Peaks Winery. Froggy was a member of the American Legion Post 17 in Groveton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle.
Family includes his wife Ronilee (Smith) Nolin of Stark, NH; daughters Anna Nolin and husband Benjamin Halpern of Westborough, MA, Mary Nolin and fiancée Kienan Hibbard of Sanbornton, NH, Cayla Nolin and boyfriend Eric Benjamin of Gorham, NH, Caitlyn Jefferson and husband David, USAF, stationed in Italy, Tamsen Boyko and boyfriend Joe Monahan of Whitefield, NH, Asha Singer and husband Sean of Canterbury, NH and Joti Hahn and husband Steve of Vero Beach, FL; 6 grandchildren; brothers Russell Nolin and wife Lucille of Vero Beach, FL, Carl Nolin and wife Patricia of Concord, NH and Gregory Nolin and wife Gail of Berlin, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday May 19, 2016 at 10 AM at Holy Family Church in Gorham. Interment will be in the Lary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Wednesday from 4 to 6 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at DHMC.
