Edward J. Knudsen Sr. (56) of Brockton died May 8th in the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston. He was the husband of Christina (Morrison) Knudsen.
He was born in Boston, he was a chef at various restaurants in the Brockton area. Ed enjoyed family cookouts, feeding the ducks, watching the New England Patriots and playing the drums.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 sons Edward J. Jr. of Georgia, Sean J. of Brockton and Kevin T. Knudsen of Bridgewater, 2 daughters Christina M. and Lisa J. Knudsen both of Brockton, 13 grandchildren, 1 brother Frank W. Knudsen of New Hampshire, 1 sister Diana Delellis of Taunton.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Sunday May 22th from 1-3 pm. Cremation to follow.
