74, passed away May 11, 2016 at Baptist Health. She was an accountant for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Kistner and Lillian Kistner and her brother, James Horn. Survived by her daughter, Dana Fahringer; grandchildren, Heather, Ryne and Michael McGovern; and sister, Beverly Ruckriegel (Charlie). Also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will at 10 am, Saturday at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Highway. Visitation 2-8 pm, Friday at Owen Funeral home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will be private.
