Maria “Babcia” Kedzior was the mother of Christine Escartin and grandmother to Oscar and Erika Escartin. She spent her young adult life in war torn Europe eventually meeting her late husband Stanley Kedzior towards the end of World War II. It was during these times she developed her strong constitution and above and beyond work ethic. She eventually moved to Venezuela were she and Stanley raised their wonderful daughter Christine Escartin instilling in her the same exact values of being loving, giving and hard working people. Finding their way to Massachusetts later on Maria Kedzior and her family settled on the outskirts of Boston right in Jamaica Plain. Naturally becoming a true Beantown Bostonian and never turning back. Maria devoted the remainder of her life working as a hairdresser enchanting the many customers she took in. She was an endearing human being with an amazing heart that will be missed greatly by her family.
