WEST STEWARTSTOWN - Beverly B. Gebhard, 91, of 136 County Farm Rd, , formerly of Laconia, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Coos County Nursing Hospital.
She was born on December 20, 1924 in Lisbon, the daughter of the late Ralph and Violet (Paige) Jesseman. Beverly and her twin were one of three sets of twins born to her parents. Beverly was married to Frederick Gebhard in 1947 and worked as a bookkeeper for Scott & Williams in Laconia and also at Laconia Needles as an inspector. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of the Lakes Church in Lakeport and also worked in the church's thrift store after her retirement. Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family, snowmobiling, camping, square dancing, playing cards and going out to breakfast.
She is survived by her three sons; Gary Gebhard and his wife Cyndi of Colebrook, Glen Gebhard and his wife Margaret of Fruitland Park, Florida and Greg Gebhard and his friend Clint Nevers of Laconia, her daughter-in-law, Tina Gebhard of Laconia, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Frederick J. Gebhard in 2005, one son, Jeffrey Gebhard in 2004 and six brothers and sisters.
Calling hours will be held from 12 Noon to 2PM on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance. A funeral service will follow at 2:30, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the family lot at Bayside Cemetery in Laconia.
