Charles A. Lovell, age 77 of Brockton died Friday, May 6, 2016. Born in Brockton, son of the late Earle G. Lovell and Flora L. (Wood) Lovell. He was raised and educated in Brockton. He worked for the Brockton Edison Company for over 40 years. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed yardwork, camping, fishing and spending time at his home in Maine and with his family.
Charles was survived by his children, Sharon Fenn and her husband Norman of West Bridgewater and Charles “Chuck” Lovell Jr. and his wife Lucie of Bridgewater, five grandchildren: Ryan Fenn and his wife Michelle, Holly Fenn, and Justin, Benjamin and Jamie Lovell; and great grandson Andrew Fenn. He was the brother of David L. Lovell of Collegeville, PA, Audrey L. Simmons of Brockton and the late Ronald J. Lovell and Earle W. Lovell and former husband of the late Jane M. Lovell.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday, May 13th from 4-7. A memorial service and private burial will be held at a later date.
