TASKER, Mary T. (Keough) 88, a resident of Dedham for 65 years, died peacefully, Thursday May 5, 2016 at the Springbrook Nursing Care Center in Westbrook, ME. She was the loving wife of the late Lawrence H. Tasker and the loving mother of Kathleen Goodall, Lawrence Tasker, Mary Fisher, and John Tasker. She was the loving sister of Larry Keough, John Keough, Robert Keough, Kathleen (Keough) Foley, Francis Keough, and Dorothy (Keough) Cavalieri. She leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
Born in Boston on October 19, 1927 she was a graduate of the Latin School. She married Lawrence Tasker after his return from the USMC at the conclusion of WWII and moved to Dedham where they built a home and raised their children. She was heavily involved in the Marine Corps League Auxiliary as well as the 4th Marine Division Association during her life.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Monday, May 16 from 10:00am-12:00pm followed by a Funeral Service beginning at 12:00pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
