Janet L. Kerstetter of Baltimore, MD died on May 5, 2016 at Gilchrist Hospice Home, in Baltimore, after a battle with cancer.
She was born on March 10, 1937 in State College, PA and was the 3rd of four children born to the late Guy T. and Marie Kerstetter.
She was a graduate of State College High School, 1955, and was employed in Baltimore at Drumcliffe, LLC, Bloomberg & Morgan, and most recently by the All-Risk Insurance Company, Hunt Valley, MD.
She is survived by her brother Howard, of Carlisle, PA, and by her sister-in-law, Mary Jane Kerstetter, and by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and Ernest.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Carlisle United Methodist Church, 45 S. West Street, Carlisle, PA 17013, with the Rev. Mira Hewlett officiating. A brief luncheon will be provided for family and friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society,
