Marie Rollande Williams, 91 of Windham, NH passed away on Friday May 6, 2016 at the Warde Health Center, Windham. Mrs. Williams was born in Cap de la Madeleine, Quebec Canada on January 13, 1925 a daughter of the late Bernadette Berthiane Cadotte and Adelard Cadotte. She had resided in Windham for the past year, formerly living in Derry. She was proud to have served with the Canadian Armed Forces while living in Canada. Mrs. Williams worked as a secretary to the French Consul Service Washington, DC. While living in Sarasota, FL she was a member of the choir at Incarnation Catholic Church. She was an avid golfer.
She is survived by her step-children, Joanna W. Taylor and her husband Ben of Derry, Enis W. Munoz and her husband Michael of Surprise, AZ, and Carl J. Williams of Palmdale, Calif, her step-daughter-in-law, Lauren Williams of Huntington Beach, Calif, seven grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, (2 great great-children), two sisters, Bernadette Cadotte, and Anita Rivard, two nieces (Marie-Andree and Madeline), and two grandnephews (William and Elliott) of Canada.
She was predeceased by her husband, Carl B. Williams, her sister, Gabrielle Cadotte Caron (2012), her grandchildren, Blake Williams and Jaime Taylor-Harper, and by her great-granddaughter, Ashonde Williams.
Following cremation, memorial services will be held at later this week at Warde Health Center, Windham. Mrs. Williams will ultimately join her husband in the scattering garden at the Incarnation Catholic Church in Sarasota, FL. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry and Londonderry is assisting the family with arrangements.
