SULLIVAN, Mary E. (Doherty)- Of Ocala, FL formerly of Malden, May 5th. Devoted wife of the late Frederick Zimmer and Patrick J. Sullivan. Beloved mother of Daniel P. Sullivan and his wife Janis of Litchfield, NH and the late Mary Anne Jacobs and her surviving husband Rick of Morriston, FL. Sister of the late Susan Doherty and James Doherty. Cherished grandmother of Kerri Hayes and her husband Joshua of Merrimack, NH, Michael Sullivan of Harvard, Ryan Sullivan and his wife Sarah of Tyngsboro and Sean Sullivan and his wife Whitney of Merrimack, NH. Also lovingly survived by her great grandchildren, Evan and Tyler Hayes, Kendall and Lauren Sullivan and Russell Sullivan. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Friday, May 13th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph's Church, 770 Salem St., Malden at 10 o'clock. Visiting hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Born in Boston and a resident of Malden until about 6 years ago, Mary passed away at the Life Care Center of Ocala Thursday morning at the age of 85. A member of the Malden VFW, during her working years, she was a clerk for twenty years for the United States Postal Service at the Malden Post Office and also for twenty years was the Police Matron for the Malden Police Department.
