ARUNDEL- Shaun Patrick Smalley, age 45, passed away on May 8, 2016 after a courageous fight with cancer, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.He was born in Cambridge, MA, on Dec. 1, 1970, a son of Albert and Judith (Withrow) Smalley.Shaun enjoyed drawing, playing golf, doing computer repairs, and spending time with his children.Because of the extent of his Crohn's Disease condition, Shaun was a stay at home dad who got to spend a lot of quality time with his children.He is predeceased by his father- Albert James Smalley, who passed away in 1976.Shaun is survived by his beloved wife- Misty (Bedward) Smalley; children- Jamison Albert Smalley, age 14, Benjamin Patrick Smalley, age 10, and Elizabeth Grace Smalley, age 8, all of Arundel; his mother- Judith Frances Withrow Smalley of Hampton, NH; and his brother- Michael James Smalley and his wife Melissa of Chester, NH and their children Noah and Amelia Smalley.A memorial service to celebrate Shaun's life will be held at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church of Kennebunk, 114 Main St. Kennebunk, on Friday, May 13 at 2 pm.Arrangements have been entrusted to Chad E.
