TAUNTON – Susan C. (Spearin) Platt, wife of the late George A. Platt, II, died at her Taunton home on May 3, 2016.
She was 63.
Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of Otilia (Neves) McDonald and the late Raymond Spearin.
Educated in Dighton, she was a graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth High School, class of 1970. Susan loved to watch television and was loving, caring and devoted to her family as well as to her cat, Squeeks.
Besides her mother, she leaves a son, Brian Platt and his wife Lisa of Taunton; three sisters, Beverly Collins and Cathy Rodgers, both of Taunton and Barbara Campbell of Ohio; a grandson, Tyler Malaguti; five nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held privately.
Arrangements are by the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway in Taunton.
