Anne M. (Steckis) Villanyi, age 87, of Windham, NH died Thursday at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH.
She was born and educated in Manchester, attending St. Joseph’s Schools. Anne had lived in Manchester for all of her life until moving to Windham 9 months ago.
Anne was employed for many years as a Floor Lady for W. T. Grant Co. in Manchester, NH. Before retiring, she was employed for Martin’s Hosiery in Manchester, NH. She was a member and communicant of St. Anne’s Parish in Manchester, NH. Anne enjoyed cooking and gained comfort from her family, her friends and her church.
She was the widow of Eugene W. Villanyi. She was predeceased by her brothers Anthony, John and George Steckis and her sisters Sr. Mary Adella, RSM and Helen Steckis Binette.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel at the Sisters of Mercy, 21 Searles Road, Windham, NH. Calling hours will be Sunday from 3-7PM at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel.
