Preceded in death by parents Rolland & Gwendene Dissmore; sisters Barb & Joyce; brothers-in-law Dick & Joe. Survived by devoted husband of 52 years, John; daughters Shannon Alman (Jason) & Stacey Lee (Eric); grandchildren Austin, Ally, Mandy, Paitynn, & Jordan; siblings Louise Thoreson, Roger Dissmore (Joyce), Joanne Sylvester (Morrie); Maze Reini (Ron) & Jim Dissmore (Linda); brother-in-law Dave Nieuwboer; many other relatives & friends. Jan left her mark on the world by treating family & friends in her kind, loving & giving way. Those that knew her benefited & those that did not missed out. Her death has left a void in our lives that cannot be filled. Service Saturday (5/7) 11:00 AM at SILVER LAKE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 5399 Geneva Avenue, Oakdale. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Mahtomedi. Visitation Friday 4-7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, & one hour prior to service at church.
