William E. Flynn, 87, a resident of Methuen, MA passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Methuen Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Queens, N.Y., William was a graduate of both St. Mary’s Grammar School and Central Catholic High School. He had retired as a Manager for Massachusetts Unemployment Security. William was a United States Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict.
The son of the late William E. and Monica (Wall) Flynn, he was the widower of the late Florence M. (Goodwin) Flynn who passed away in 2009. He is survived by his God son James A Trefethen and his wife Marlene of Methuen, MA.
There are no calling hours. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence, MA.
