Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, April 25, 2016, Mrs. Marsha Darlene Raborn, 61, loving wife to Allen Raborn, Sr. Darlene was born in Savannah but considered Augusta her home. She was a very active, outgoing, and an independent person who loved to fish, cook, and work in her yard. She loved to spend time with her family, listen to music and dance. Darlene was most peaceful by the ocean.
Family members, in addition to her husband, include her daughters: Tracie Raborn Thomae and husband Cristian, Katie Raborn Luckey and husband Edward, and Ivy Lee Raborn; son: Lewis Allen Raborn, Jr. and wife C.J.; grandsons: Aaron, Carson, Presley, Asher, Christian, Miles, and Oliver; and brothers: Jerry Page and wife Jeanie, Chris Page, Sr. and wife Cindy.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Storey Chapel of First Baptist Church of Augusta with Rev. John Raborn officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Storey Chapel at First Baptist.
