Obituary

Meredith----Paul Bishop Anderson 78, of Pinnacle Park Road, died Friday, April 22, 2016 at Lakes Region General Hospital after a long illness.
Paul was born October 21, 1937 in Natick, Massachusetts, son to the late Arthur B. and Easter (McGaukey) Anderson. He was an automotive mechanic and then owned and operated Anderson Wells for many years before becoming an equipment operator prior to retiring. Paul graduated 60 years ago from Needham High, MA. Paul was in the Army in Germany, and also a Mason (Nehoidin Lodge of Needham) and Shriner (Aleppo Temple of Boston).
Paul will be remembered by many for his dedicated daily trips to the Town Docks of Meredith to read the paper and enjoy a cup of local coffee. He also enjoyed tinkering with mechanical things. Paul thoroughly enjoyed watching the children in his family learn and grow, having the biggest smiles when with children.
Paul is survived by his two sons, Erik Anderson and his wife, Lisa of Harrisville, NH and Lars Anderson of Meredith, four grandchildren, Dylan, Kyle, Spencer (Bohl), and Bonnie, and two sisters, Carol Perry of Cape Cod, MA and Gail Sabin and her husband, Richard of Plainville, MA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
