Anne Margaret (Smith) LUEDKE, Born in New York City March 26, 1926, died in Natick, April 21, 2016. Daughter of Lewis N. Smith and Anna Sell Smith and a fourth-generation employee of the N.Y. Central Railroad. In 1948 she married James A. Luedke, Sr. of Minneapolis, who predeceased her in 2003. The family settled in NYC, New Jersey, and in 1962 in Wellesley, living as well in France and England. Longtime member of Wellesley Congregational (Village) Church, where she was active. A superb mother, homemaker and organizer, known and loved by many, interested in many pursuits. She is survived by her two children, James A. Luedke, Jr. of East Boston and Janis A. Luedke of Natick.
