Hilda B. (Hartman) Touchette, 91, of New Bedford died Sunday July 3, 2005 at Taber Street Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Eugene F. Touchette.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Frank and Henrietta (Drexler) Hartman, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Mrs. Touchette was formerly employed as a registered nurse at the Taber Street Nursing Home until her retirement.
She was a graduate of New Bedford High School and the Truesdale Hospital School of Nursing.
Survivors include a son, Robert Touchette of Mattapoisett; two daughters, Paula Jennings of Florida and Susan Nogueira of Dartmouth; a brother, Herbert Hartman of Fairhaven; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Richard Touchette.
A private Funeral Service was held on Wednesday morning in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
