Sandy Rafael Lara, age 42, of Salem, formerly of Bani, Dominican Republic. Visiting hours and funeral services will be held at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Saturday April 30 from 5-8 PM. Arrangements are being planned for his transportation back to Bani, DR for burial services.
