Bedford– Marguerite (Pellerin) Paris, 98, passed away on April 20, 2016 at Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on February 3, 1918 the daughter of Joseph and Eva (Gagnon) Pellerin.
She attended St. George High School and later worked in the Amoskeag Mills.
She was the wife of the late Master Sargent Alfred Leo Paris who died May 13, 1972.
Marguerite was always there for anyone who needed help.
She loved going on long walks, which she continued to do into her early nineties.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her four sons, Paul Paris and his wife, Merle, Donald Paris and his wife, Helene, Norman Paris and his wife, Sue, Edward Paris and his wife Lorraine, all of Manchester, six daughters, Jane Fournier of Hooksett, Rita Huard and her husband Paul of Manchester, Betty Corbiel and her husband, Paul of Goffstown, Claire Cantin and her partner Bill Peck of Glen, Sandy Belanger and her husband, Maurice of Manchester, Priscilla Provencher of Concord, two brothers, Lafayette “Pal” Pellerin and his wife, Pat of Manchester, Paul Pellerin and his wife Jane of Nashua.
She was loved by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by two sons, Raymond O. Paris, Alfred L. Paris Jr. and a lovely granddaughter, Melessa Cantin Charbonneau.
Marguerite was dearly loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the nursing home for all their help and support.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM in St. Raphael Church, Walker St.
Committal prayers will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
