Aroian of Watertown and Karen J. Aroian of Rockledge, FL. Cousin of Van M. Aroian of Worcester. Son of the late Hasmig Tashjian and Avedis Aroian who immigrated to the U.S. from Armenia in 1915 after surviving the Armenian genocide.
World War II Army Veteran serving in the Pacific Campaign under General MacArthur and participated in the invasion of the Philippines. Retired Police officer with 34 years of service including the Boston Police, Metropolitan Police, and State Police/Registry. Brother of the Masonic Lodge in Westwood.
