Marvin Lawrence “Fritz” Kleier 88, passed away Monday April 18, 2016 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. Marvin was a retired from the old Belknap Hardware and Manufacturing , a Navy veteran of WWII and Korean Wars. He was a member of the USS Princeton and USS Floyd Bay and Catholic by faith. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Mary Lee (Feistritzer), his children; Monica L. Wells (Rick), Marvin “Larry” Kleier Jr. , Mark L. Kleier (Joan), Mary L. Teague (Johnny), Mike L. Kleier (Sue), Martin L. Kleier (Sonya), and Matthew L. Kleier. Twelve grandchildren and twenty three great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be 10 am Friday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, with entombment at Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation will be 1pm to 8 pm on Thursday. Family request in lieu of flowers expressions be made to : Hospice at Robley Rex VA Medical Center.
