Patricia A. Walters age 85 of Milton passed away April 17th at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland she attended Catawba College and graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse for Newton Wellesley Hospital for many years and also as a Pre-med Advisor for Harvard University. She enjoyed quilting and sewing and was a voracious reader. She was a member of the Poodle Club of America and was a Poodle Breeder for many years. Beloved wife of the late Paul A. Mother of Anne Walters of Milton, Julie Whitney of Winchester, Beth Walters and her husband Mark Doyle of Melrose, Pattie Walters Barco and her husband John Barco of Palo Alto, CA and Paul Walters and his wife Rory of Virginia Beach, VA. Sister of Arden Pester of Virginia Beach, VA. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend a memorial service at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church Milton Friday morning at 11.
