FALL RIVER – Richard Costa, age 70, of Fall River passed away on April 16, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Gordon) Costa and the son of the late Manuel & Phyllis (Mollo) Costa. Prior to retiring, Richard worked for Appraisal Consultants of New England as an Appraisal Consultant. He was a parishioner of Good Shepherd Parish. Richard was an avid N.E. Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Richard A. Costa (wife Melissa) of Somerset, MA and Stacey M. (Costa) Kielec (husband Matthew) of Dracut, MA; grandchildren: Nakita Guerrouxo, Ethan & Hannah Kielec; brother in laws: Robert Gordon (wife Elizabeth) & the late James C. Gordon; nephew: James Gordon; niece: Darlene Czaporoski; many cousins.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepherd Parish at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
