Lorine Sandiford, 89, of Ocilla, died Friday, April 15, 2016, at Pruitt Health in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held at 3PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Holt Cemetery in Irwin County, with the Rev. David Biggers officiating.
Mrs. Sandiford was born October 8, 1926, in Franklin, Alabama, to the late Andy & Huler Lee Raper Revis. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Lorine was a great mother, wife, grandmother and person. She loved to cook, fish, and take care of everyone. Lorine loved her four-legged child, Sammy, unconditionally and cherished all of her animal friends. Lorine was greatly loved by her family and will be missed eternally.
She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Barile of Avondale Estates; two grandchildren: Andrea & Matt Deeley of Louisville, Texas and Donald R. “Donnie” Barile of Phoenix, Arizona; three great-grandchildren: Angelica Deeley, Hannah Deeley, and Logan Deeley; and three sisters: Moveline & Howard Smith of Ambrose, Jewel & L.J. Harrell of Pearson, and Florine Mercer of Ocilla. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sandiford.
