Sara Ellen Peacock
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, April 13, 2016, Sara Ellen Peacock, 85, loving wife of 64 years to Colonel William Leo Peacock, Ph. D.
Mrs. Peacock worked as a cosmetologist and owned several shops. She was a dedicated military wife and very supportive of her husband. Mrs. Peacock was a devoted mother and best friend to their only child, Sheree. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta and was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Family members in addition to her husband include: daughter: Sheree Peacock and faithful grand-dog: Hoku, who she adored. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
A graveside service will be Monday, April 18, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Macon Memorial Park, 3969 Mercer University Drive, Macon, GA 31204.
