Gary M. Babineau, 54, of Northbridge, died April 11th in Milford Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was the loving husband of Leanna M (White) Babineau for the past 7 years.
Gary was born in Northbridge, March 31st, 1962, the son of James and Theresa (LaPorte) Babineau of Northbridge. Mr. Babineau resided in Northbridge for most of his life and was a graduate of Northbridge High School.
Gary had been employed at EMC in manufacturing for the past 29 years.
He enjoyed the outdoors and hiking. He was an avid fan of all Boston sports teams, especially the Patriots. His family was the most important thing to him and he cherished the time he spent with them.
In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his children, Sarah Lemon and her husband Jeremy, of Springfield, Marie Heney and her husband Thomas, of Douglas, Charlene Babineau of Florida and Gary James Babineau of Greenfield. He is also survived by his sister Linda Garabedian and her husband Andrew, of Uxbridge, as well as his four grandchildren, Gabe, Brooke, Jake and James.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 15th at the Ginley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuenralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin, from 4:00-7:00 P.M. with a service to immediately follow at 7:00 P.M.
Interment will be private.
