Timothy D. Souza, age 37, of Assonet, passed away on April 10, 2016 at RI Hospital after a long battle with mental illness. Born in Fall River, he was the beloved son of Daniel C. and Debra J. (Bonas) Souza, of Assonet. Timothy was an avid fan of the Patriots, loved computers, photography and electronics. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his fur babies, Bailey and Abby.
Along with his parents he leaves behind his children Jada Rose Souza and Timothy Tyler Souza, both of Assonet; his former spouse Tyla Motta. As well as several aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents George & Lidwina Bonas and Alvin Souza & Pierrette (Helen Bercier) Souza-Camara.
His calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Thursday from 4-8 P.M. with a service at 7 P.M. Private burial. www.rogersfuneral.com.
