BEVERLY: Stephen Joseph Laverdiere, 56, passed away on March 26th, 2016 following a brief illness.
Born in Beverly on December 22, 1959, he was the beloved son of the late Gerard G. and Lois M. (Draper) Laverdiere. Stephen was born and raised in Beverly and attended the Beverly school system.
From an early age, Stephen showed an aptitude for trouble shooting and repairing mechanical devices, a skill which he carried with him through out his life. Known for his wit and wry sense of humor, he had the gift of making others laugh. Stephen was a gentle spirit and he will be sadly missed by many. He is survived by several siblings, as well as many nieces and nephews.
