Herrity, Virginia (Carroll) of Walpole formerly of West Roxbury April 7, 2016. Beloved wife of the late James M. Herrity. Loving mother of James M. Jr. and his wife Janice of Yorktown, VA., Maryann and her husband Paul L. Duzan of Westwood and Michael E. Herrity of Walpole. Devoted grandmother of Erin and her husband Kevin Hachey, David Duzan and his wife Allyson, Sara Duzan, James and Timothy Herrity and the late Meaghan C. Herrity. Loving great-grandmother of Tyler, Brennan, Drew, Reese, Landon, and Jenna. Sister of Louise Noel of Dedham and Ann Hurley of Braintree. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Thursday April 14th at 9 am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Avila Church at 10 o’clock. Visiting hours on Wednesday 5pm – 8pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Massachusetts National Cemetery Bourne, MA at 1:30pm. Virginia also resided and enjoyed her vacation homes in Popponesset Beach, Cape Cod and Marco Island, Florida. For Virginia celebrating holidays and birthdays of loved ones were the most memorable days of her life. Virginia's biggest treasures on earth were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who she "loved to the moon and back".
