NATICK: Elizabeth T. “Betty” (Hannah) Harris, 78, died peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2016 following a period of declining health.
She was born in Woburn on June 1, 1937 the daughter of the late Edwin T. Hannah and Frances E. (Ellinwood) Hannah.
Betty is survived by her sons Scott W. Harris of Bethlehem, New Hampshire and Brian E. Harris of Oxford and the late Jean P. Harris. Grandmother of Noelle E. Harris and Hannah M. Harris of Oxford.
Betty spent her formative years in Natick and Northborough and was a graduate of the Clark School for the Deaf in Northampton. In her earlier years, she was associated with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Boston. She was also employed with the Lawrence Candle Factory in Northborough. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother to her family who were the center of her life. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Visitations will be from 10:30 to 11:30 am on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Rte 30), Wayland. Her funeral service will begin at 11:30 am at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Hannah family lot in Dell Park Cemetery in Natick.
