Obituary

WORCESTER-Angeliki (Nikolinakos) Kasidakos, 73, of 24 Dick Drive died Sunday, July 3rd, surrounded by her familyin her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She leaves her beloved husband of 45 years, Peter Kasidakos; a son George and his wife Joanna Kasidakos of Worcester; a daughter Vicki wife of David Helali of Paxton and 2 beloved grandsons Christopher and Peter Helali, a brother Nicholas Nikolinakos, a sister Maria Katelani and a nephew and a niece all of Greece.

She was born in Molaoi Lakonias, Greece, the daughter of Panagiotis and Kostantina (Krypotos) Nikolinakos before migrating to Montreal, Canada in 1956, and has resided in Worcester since 1970. Mrs. Kasidakos worked for New England Envelope over 20 years before retiring in 1996. She enjoyed traveling, entertaining family and friends and tending to her gardens. She was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral.

The funeral is Wednesday, July 6th, from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a service at 12:15 PM in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday, July 5th, from 5:00 until 9:00 PM in the funeral home.
