Eric K. Bryant (30) of Brockton died April 1st in the city.
He was the loving son of Linda Bryant of Brockton and Jean Morency of Boston. He was a 2005 graduate of Brockton High School and was a pharmacy technician for Walgreens on Pleasant Street in Brockton. Eric was an accomplished song writer having composed the song "Just the way you are" and co-wrote "Grenade" both for the world renown singer Bruno Mars. He also enjoyed writing poetry, hiking, running and was known for his jokester ways.
In addition to his parents he is survived by the love of his life Dominique Meo, 1 brother Jean Bryant of Brockton, 2 sisters Minique Bryant and Felicia Tyler and husband Phil all of Brockton, 2 nieces, Shakayla and Kaleah, 2 nephews, Phillip Jr. and Kaevon, 2 aunts, Tanya and Doreen, 1 uncle Keith and several cousins.
Following Cremation a Memorial Celebration will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Sunday April 10th from 10 am to 1 pm.
