Jamie Chulada, 39 of Manchester, NH, died Saturday, July 2, 2005 in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH. Jamie was born in Methuen, MA on July 28, 1965, a son of the late Edmund C. and Barbara (Hurrell) Chulada. He was a resident of Manchester for 10 years, formerly living in Londonderry, NH. Jamie graduated from Londonderry High School, Class of 1983. He was active in keeping the family records and researching their geneology. He also enjoyed computers and volunteered at the Manchester Animal Shelter.
He is survived by two brothers, Neil H. Chulada of Londonderry and Cliff Chulada of Bow, NH, two nieces, Allison Chulada and Kristen Chulada, both of Bow, two nephews, Robert Chulada of Londonderry and Neil Chulada of Manchester. He was predeceased by his parents Edmund C. Chulada in 1992 and Barbara (Hurrell) Chulada in 1993.
Visiting hours were held from 4 - 7pm, Tuesday, July 5 in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Following cremation the burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery, Londonderry.
