Doris W. (Watson) Syms, 83, passed away peacefully April 2, 2016.
She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and had worked in medical records at University Pennsylvania Hospital.
Doris is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Robert G. Syms and a daughter-in-law Cora Anderson Syms.
Survivors include her children Susan A. Syms, Robert A. Syms and Steve A. Syms; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 A. M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in St. Gregory Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
